Living as a Teenager in the 21st Century

Living as a teenager in the 21st century can be the most challenging role a person could ever play in the movie of life. A teenager nowadays isn’t just a mere person who is undergoing the period of adolescence and travelling the pathway to become an adult, but then a teenager is that person who acts as the bridge between a kid a filled with crazy and so-called ludicrous imaginations and an adult who always searches for logical and practical solutions. A teenager is that person who can or rather is the game changer to a solution which lingers amidst the society filled with matured aristocrats who go about casting their opinions and make statements but seldom is there any action about it.

A teenager hence follows a different part. He insists in making his statements through actions rather than just rant about it. He is the one who does not hesitate to talk about issues. Teenagers nowadays are the most vital resources for mankind. They not only work towards changing the world by inventing new devices to mitigate the difficulties of people or discover stuff which were never done so by some of the biggest minds, but teens of today are in the making of a revolution. A revolution that invites people to fight for unity, for peace, for prosperity and for people to strengthen the notion that anyone and everyone is equal, both in the eyes of the law and also in the eyes of the people. The teenagers themselves are an example for this very notion as they very well prove that they wouldn’t need to legally be certified as adults to cast their opinions.

Teenagers are the present and the future. People feel that teenagers aren’t old enough to participate in decision making processes, but it’s all about the knowledge, information and the way these valuable assets are implemented. Even though there is a faction of teenagers who have been setting their ground by standing up for issues where they feel that their inputs are valuable, there are still a set of people who hesitate to step out and speak for themselves and speak out for others. Only if teenagers speak will they be able to substantiate the point that they are the most misunderstood people ever and yet they fight back by expressing themselves. When you are addicted to something, it becomes your identity. For a teenager, it their determination, courage and their far-sighted vision that can’t be seen by the common and stereotypical people by the help of their concave lenses. It’s now truly the era for everyone to make a change and for teenagers who have been casting their opinions without any fear and who are yet to do so, remember that now is the time for you to choose your own destiny, this is now our time to seek for a change, this is our authority.
